The Association has begun a project to set up a computerized archive of all Association documents. Dedicated software and equipment has been purchased for this project from top vendors. Through the new computerized system, it will be possible to store and quickly located any documents that require storage in the archive and thereby save storage space. Another goal is to prepare the groundwork for a paperless office and avoid the unnecessary use of paper and contribute to environmental quality and preservation. The software has an interface with the ERP system and has advanced applications installed such as OCR enabling conversion and text search in scanned documents.
